Best business overall for finding parts and consistent pricing.  Yes, I have had hit-and-miss at times with sales staff (personalities), but overall we come to Calgary and make both locations a priority to stop in. I got my fuel neckline, heater/cooler module and cargo nets for my Lincoln 2011 mkx for under $68. This is such a win! Been clming here for almost 10 years now. Its usually an awesome experience. Recently a new employee named Greg has been working here and has made the overall experience much worse. The man is disrespectful towards your tools and your parts, taking them off the cart and dropping them on the counter, treating fragile things roughly. Also evesdrops on conversations between the customers and the cashiers and makes snarky comments. Lela (leila?), my cashier at the time was wonderful to deal with, and was apologizing profusely for Greg's behaviour. EDIT: Greg is no longer with the company, review changed

Good experience with fair pricing. On a hot summer day it feels like you're walking into a desert of a metal graveyard (gets very hot). The service here was very helpful, friendly and amazing in helping us find what we needed. Would recommend to check the website first to see if the make of the car is available and note the date. Majority of people who come here know when to come and are able to take parts off like it's nothing (compared to unseasonal folks like I). Pricing is fair and clearly listed. Unfortunately my car was stolen and taken for a joy ride and returned to me in the state of the pictures! I was extremely sad when this happened and have grown super attached to that car. Pick and pull made the transaction so effortless and easy, it was a relief to sell my car at a decent price and have it picked up for free. Excellent. I needed a headlight to fix some cosmetic damage, and luckily there was one here in good condition. Please note that you need to remove the parts by yourself. By chance, the bumper of the donor car was already removed, and it took all of one minute to get the part I needed. Saved me a lot of time and headache. I just wanted to give a huge shout out and thanks to Greg and his team at the Barlow location. I had been having major issues getting my toolkit account set up, Greg stepped in from his end and helped get that to a point I could get everything sorted. Top notch customer service and really appreciated!
